The Principle of Multiplication in Your Finances
My beloved child multiplication is better than addition when it comes to your finances. There are principles that must be activated for the multiplication process to take place in your finances.
1.You must give 10%, why? Because it’s the tithe. It belongs to God. If you do not tithe, you won’t be blessed, and it won’t be multiplied.
2. “Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with a curse, for you have robbed Me, even this whole nation. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it. “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” says the Lord of hosts; “and all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a delightful land,” says the Lord of hosts. It must be given away. Many people tithe but they give nothing above the tithe and there is no room for the increase. God calls your tithe and offering Holy unto the Lord. (Malachi 3:8-12)
3. Your tithe and offering must be blessed before it can multiply. That is why it is so important that when you sow your tithes or offerings, it must be prayed over and blessed for the multiplication to begin.
A. I have had so many people contact me and share their testimonies of bonuses, or commissions, an unexpected check show up in the mail or money’s come from unexpected sources after your seed is blessed. That’s why when someone sows a seed into Empowering Int’l Ministries or self, I immediately stop and pray over that seed so the blessing can get to you! God sees you when you sow a sacrificial offering unto Him. Get ready! Harvest is on the way!
4.The multiplication begins once your love gift has been prayed over your seed and blessed according to the Scriptures. Hebrews backs this up!
This Melchizedek was king of the city of Salem and a priest of God Most High. When Abraham was returning home after winning a great battle against the kings, Melchizedek met him and blessed him. Then Abraham took a tenth of all he had captured in battle and gave it to Melchizedek. The name Melchizedek means “king of justice,” and king of Salem means “king of peace.” There is no record of his father or mother or any of his ancestors—no beginning or end to his life. He remains a priest forever, resembling the Son of God. Consider then how great this Melchizedek was. Even Abraham, the great patriarch of Israel, recognized this by giving him a tenth of what he had taken in battle. (Hebrews 7:1-4 NLT)
5. Offerings are above the tithe. This is how God operates. Otherwise, we are robbing God. After you have tithed the blessing comes when you give offerings.
6. God increases the offerings and multiplies them back to you. It’s so important to get your finances in order by getting out of debt. Only borrow for items that appreciate, not on items that depreciate. Don’t manipulate to get money! Manipulation is the same as witchcraft. Give! If you honor God and obey His commands, He will multiply your resources and amaze you. It really does work! He desires to bless you to be a blessing! (Luke 6:38)
7. God will tell you when and where to give. Never have a financial requirement to go anywhere and minister the gospel other than transportation and accommodations for where is your faith if you place a demand on a specific amount. What if God wants to bless you exceedingly and abundantly? During the many years of ministry there have been many times when I returned home that literally I paid the people for me to come. There was no blessing at the place I was, but it was my seed sown into the ground. Interestingly though while I am gone or during the trip – the Holy Spirit will speak to someone most often that I don’t even know to sow a seed that meets my needs. God is a faithful God! He desires to be faithful to you – Trust Him!
I immediately pray over and bless each Love Gift that comes in for multiplication to begin on your behalf. Whose finances begin multiplying. The one who obeyed God and sowed the sacrificial seeds! Never miss an opportunity to be blessed. We are all blessed to be a blessing. It is not the heart of God for anyone to struggle financially. If you are under a curse of poverty and struggle financially pray and break the curse and start obeying the Word by sowing your tithe and offering and watch God prove Himself in your finances! Extravagant givers can ask for anything and God will give it to you! It’s all God’s money anyway. God ask Solomon what he wanted, and he asked for wisdom and understanding. God said, you could have asked for so much more. I’m giving you wisdom and understanding but I am giving you wealth too. (2 Chronicles 7-12)
