The Arms of Jesus
My precious loved child, rest in My arms and trust Me! I was driving home from a meeting not long ago, and Jesus whispered, ‘Rest in My arms and Trust Me!’ He kept whispering those words softly over and over as I drove home. Every time He whispered, ‘Rest in My arms and trust Me,’ I noticed myself breathing deeper, relaxing, and letting go of everything. For some time now, when I go to bed at night, I ask Jesus to hold me in His arms through the night, healing and restoring me while I sleep. I do not know who needs to hear this message, but I know it is for someone. Can you see yourself crawling in your bed tonight, asking Jesus to hold you in His arms, healing and restoring you while you sleep? Ask Him! You will be amazed at how much better you sleep.
As I woke up this morning, the first thing I read was, ‘Trust Me with every fiber of your being!’ God wants you to trust Him. He loves and cares about you. Trust God, and He will act on your behalf. (Psalms 37:5) He is near the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalms 34:18) Cry out to Him because He is a present help in times of trouble. (Psalms 46:1) Trust the Lord with all your heart, lean not unto your understanding. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
My heart is heavy because so many of you are hurting. Many have suffered the loss of someone they love through this holiday season or this year. I am praying for you. I ask the Father to hold you incredibly close, healing, and restoring you. Father God, I boldly come before your throne, and I ask You to wrap your loving arms around me, heal and restore me while I sleep. I am hurting. I miss my loved one/ones. I need to know your presence tangibly right now. Heal and restore my family. I choose to rest in Your arms Now, and every day trusting You. I place a demand on Your healing scriptures, and I activate them in my life today in the all-powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
