The Model Prayer with Results
My beloved Jesus taught the disciples how to pray the model prayer: “When you pray, don’t be like the hypocrites who love to pray publicly on street corners and in the synagogues where everyone can see them. I tell you the truth, that is all the reward they will ever get. But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you. “When you pray, don’t babble on and on as the Gentiles do. They think their prayers are answered merely by repeating their words again and again. Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him! Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. ]For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:5-13 NKJV)
Then He follows with this: “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. (John 16:23-24 NKJV)
Confidently you can pray in authority, walking in holy boldness taking dominion over the enemy, and put him under your feet in your finances, in your health, your marriage, your family, with your children, in your business, on the job, and spiritually.
Jesus said, “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. “Again, I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:18-20)
We must realize the principles by which God works. He has given us the name of Jesus and there is power in the name of Jesus. Father God desires to bless His children in abundance more than any parent on earth wants to bless their children. The angels of heaven are ministering spirits sent to minister to those who are heirs of salvation. To minister means to wait on or serve. When you go to a restaurant a waiter or waitress comes to serve or minister to you. You are assigned, angels. Charge them to go to work on your behalf. Charge them to go and bring the finances to you. They’re standing around with their arms folded until you give them an assignment. I never leave the house without charging them to stand guard over my property and you should too!
