Plant a Seed and Watch it Grow
My precious child, Jesus compares the workings of the Kingdom of God to planting seeds on the earth. When the seed is sown, he said, ‘it grows up!’ He didn’t say it would occasionally grow up or it grows if it is God’s divine will. He said it grows up and becomes greater. (Mathew 13:1-13) God’s economy isn’t at all like ours. It isn’t up one day and down the next – it’s always the same and it always works perfectly. If you have good earth, good seed, and good water, you’re going to have growth and you can’t stop it!
I caught the revelation of the Law of Sowing and Reaping from my dad, he modeled it before me year after year without drawing attention to himself or even talking about it. He just did it! Today, I carry that mantle that came from him. I love to give. I’m so grateful for such a priceless gift! So, if you have a need, don’t panic, plant a seed! That seed will take on the form of money, time, or resources, whatever you need, ‘give.’ (Galatians 6:7-9) But no matter the form it takes on make sure you put life in it by giving it in faith and surrounding it with praise and worship. God loves a cheerful giver! (2 Corinthians 9:7)
Whatever you do declare this unto the Lord, as I bring You my goods, I bring myself and I give myself to you – body, soul, and spirit! Pray over your seed. Fill it with faith, worship, and the Word. Then plant it in good soil. Water it and you are guaranteed it will grow up and become greater just like a mustard seed, which is the smallest seed on earth. Yet when you plant it, it grows and becomes the largest of all the garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade. (Matthew 13:31-32) Whatever you do if you have a need, plant a seed, then watch it grow! I have discovered through the years I cannot outgive God! He always gives back more than what I give and He will do the same for you!
