How to Recognize You Are Being Attacked
Part 3
Beloved one, you may not know it, but there are 5 signs you are
under the attack of Satan. Today, this is the 5th and final sign.
1. Deep confusion, feelings of condemnation and guilt, dulled spiritual awareness.
It’s difficult to see through difficult times. This attack of the devil is subtle and usually happens slowly over time. Example: A slow, constant pulling away from God’s Word, the truth, will leave you feeling confused, irritated, conflicted, and facing feelings of guilt and condemnation that you can’t seem to shake off. If you have lost your desire to press in and pray or are too busy, out of fellowship with believers somehow believing the lie we can do this on our own, this might be for you. Do you feel a dark cloud of confusion and guilt that seems to follow you around? Has bitterness set in?
What about conflict or broken relationships with people you really care about? You don’t even know what to think on your own anymore and you buy into Satan’s lies. Get out of this trap now, wake up! Stir yourself into action and know that God’s power is greater to break through the trap of confusion and condemnation. (Romans 8:1) God is not the author of confusion, but peace. (1 Corinthians 14:33)
The Holy Spirit brings conviction to God’s children, He will draw you to Himself and show you what you need to make things right. There is great hope and grace. His grace is sufficient for you. (2 Corinthians 12:9) The Holy Spirit is gentle and soft-spoken, not condemning. Step away from the dark cloud and step into God’s light and love!
