God Cares About YOU!
My beloved precious one, humble yourself under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time He may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. (1Peter 5:6-7) God is not so busy running the universe that He doesn’t have time for you and your worries. He tells us to cast ALL our anxieties on Him. Why? Because HE CARES FOR YOU. He cares about you. He cares about your children and grandchildren. He cares about your job. He cares about your ministry. He cares about your personal relationship with Him. He cares about your church. He cares about your friends. He cares about your finances. He cares about your marriage. He cares about your family. Jesus cares for you, and He wants to give you His strength and joy!
Whatever your need is, tell Him! “This is what He wants you to do: ask the Father for whatever is in keeping with the things He’s revealed to you. Ask in Jesus’ name, according to His will, and He’ll most certainly give it to you. Your joy will be a river overflowing its banks! (John 16:24 Message) His Word says, ‘I tell you the truth, you will ask the Father directly, and He will grant your request because you use the name of Jesus. He is teaching us how to pray in this scripture. You haven’t done this before. Ask, using Jesus’ name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy.
He cares so much about you He will gather you up in His arms and carry you in His bosom. What a picture of intimacy, closeness, and deep care as He gently leads you who have small children. Read (Isaiah 40:11b Message) “Look! Your God!” Look at Him! God, the Master, and creator of the universe, comes in power, ready to go into action. He is going to pay back His enemies and reward those who have loved Him. The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want for anything! (Psalms 23:1) Like a good shepherd, He will care for His flock, gathering the lambs in His arms, hugging them as He carries them, and leading the nursing ewes to good pasture. Talk to God. Tell Him what’s troubling you then rest in peace knowing God cares about you and what is going on in your life!
