Growing in Grace
His name is called the Word of God. (Revelation 19:13)
His name is the Word of God, who gave His life for you and me. We have received His Spirit, grace, and faith. What does that mean you tried ones? It means when you are tested and tried; you are growing in Spirit, grace, and faith! In your weakness, He gives you strength (2 Corinthians 12: 9-11), and you are given much grace to sustain you in the trial, in the fire, or passing through the waters. (Isaiah 43:2) You will always come out looking more like Jesus! I can testify to this fact. Walking through the water (the flood) recently losing everything I owned, He gave me strength, increased my faith, and gave me great favor (grace). Today I can say it is freeing to be in this place cocooned with the Father. I am in a great place spiritually. The great adventure lies before me. New freedom in Jesus. A new journey with Jesus!
How encouraging! Why? Because nothing ever stays the same. You are either going into a test, in the middle of it, or coming out. Everything will pass away, but God’s Word will never pass away. (Matthew 24:35) The heavens will be rolled up like a scroll (Isaiah 34:4), and all things will melt with heat. (2 Peter 3:10) But one thing cannot be burned or changed that is the Word of God! One thing that can withstand fire, water, persecution, or anything else is God’s Holy Word. The one thing that brings life is the Word of God. (Proverbs 4:20-22)
There is a life of the Son of God that cannot be burned, cannot see corruption, passes through the fire, the clouds, legions of demons, and will clear them out of the way. Jesus, the Son of God, came to give you life and life more abundantly. (John 10:10) God’s grace is being poured out to you today for whatever you are walking through, and all you have to do is receive it!
