Confident Trust in God
So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. (Hebrews 10:35-36 NLT)
My child whatever you do don’t throw away your bold and courageous confident trust in Me the Lord your God. Stop and remember it has a great and glorious reward! You have need of patient endurance to bear up under difficult circumstances without compromising so that when you have carried out My divine will, you may receive and enjoy to the full what I have promised. (Hebrews 10:35-36) The word confidence in the Greek is ‘parresia’ and it means ‘to be bold, frank, and forthright in your speech. In the Hebrews believers had been speaking words of faith for a very long time and had not yet seen the answer to their faith filled daily confessions and were tempted to throw it all away! That’s why the Bible shouts ‘Don’t throw away your confidence in Me!’ I am saying to you today, right where you are, in the middle of your circumstances, ‘don’t throw away your bold confession of faith!’
Sooner than you think I am coming back without delay! (Revelations 22:12) My righteous ones will live b faith and not be held back by fear. Fear will cause you to perish. Faith fills and preserves your soul! (Hebrews 10:37-39) You are among those who have faith who are experiencing true life. Since we have this confidence, we can also have great boldness before Him, for if we ask anything agreeable to His will, He will hear us. (1 John 5:14) Walk by faith and not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7) Why? Because sometimes what you see is just to throw you off track. The enemy comes to tempt you to give up, but you are so close to your breakthrough. Are you letting your faith do the talking or are you talking fear, doubt, and unbelief? Whatever you do don’t throw away your fearless and confidence in Me. I am that I am! I will never fail you or let you down! (Hebrews 13:5)
