For assuredly, I say to you; whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. (Mark 11:23-24 NKJV)
My beloved God is stretching your faith – stand on His Word, not your circumstances. Faith is not a feeling. You can’t rely on your feelings. What does God’s Word say about the situation? (Luke 1:45) Jesus said, “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” (Mark 11:23-24) The problem is you read or speak this scripture with your mouth and in your mind, but you do not believe it in your heart, and you’re not acting on what God has put in your heart. (Hebrews 11:6) You must first believe before you can receive. (Hebrews 11:1)
Are you hoping your circumstances will change for the better or are you praying by faith God will do what His Word says He will do, and a turnaround is on its way? Hope is not faith, and it will not produce your miracle. When you have been given a death sentence, and the doctor says, “You have six months to live” you are now a candidate for a miracle. I do not care how bad the situation is, ‘you are a candidate for a miracle.” Get excited that you are next in line for a miracle. (Luke 18:27) When you are in this situation, the doctors have exhausted their ability to help you no Dr. Jesus the great physician, Jehovah Rophe your healer is now in charge. Activate your faith and trust Him to heal and restore you. (James 1:22) Don’t focus on a diagnosis, which can be wrong – focus your faith on God’s Word, and listen to healing scriptures set to music. Faith comes by hearing! (Romans 10:17) So if faith comes by hearing, that means you have got to hear something! If God said it, that settles it, I believe it!
He is not a man that should lie. (Numbers 23:19) Then begin to walk by faith and not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7) Sight tries to move you every time. You cannot pray for faith, because faith comes by hearing. You gain faith in the knowledge of the Word of God. (Proverbs 2:6) When you know the Word of God faith is automatically there. You have to believe when you pray; the having comes after the believing. If you are trying to have the answer yet there is doubt in your heart you will not receive the answer. First, you must believe then you will receive. You have to believe while you are still lying in bed, by faith you are healed. It is written, ‘by His stripes, you were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24) It is written, “Man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4)
What are you believing and what are you saying? When you prayed, do you believe in your heart God heard you? (Matthew 17:20) Receive your healing by faith. God didn’t say to receive your healing because you feel like it!! No, by faith you believe God’s Word is truth before you see the manifestation of healing! If the devil says, ‘You’re not healed’ he is a liar. (John 8:44) He is the father of lies, and he has no truth in him at all. (Revelations 12:9) Lift your hands and praise the Lord for your healing continually – you are activating your faith. (Psalms 34:1, 63:3-4) If you need a miracle in your body, start doing what you could not do. Are you paralyzed? Activate your faith!
My Mother was paralyzed from her chin to her toes, and after eighteen months, we laid hands on her and prayed for her, then God walked her through the healing process. (Matthew 21:22) The doctors told us she would be this way the rest of her life, but we did not receive the doctor’s report. We prayed, believed and she received by faith. She activated her faith by doing something she had not done in eighteen months. We helped her to stand up from the wheelchair for only a few moments, but she couldn’t do that before. We pressed her daily to do what she couldn’t do. Before long she was holding a glass, then a fork and I shall never forget the day she wrote her name. I documented that day by taking a picture. We cried together because two years earlier it was an impossibility. She had to walk out of her miracle, and after two years she was walking, got her license back, and started driving and doing anything she wanted to.
Sometimes your miracle is something you have to walk out, but a miracle however it comes is still a miracle! The devil will try to fight you every step of the way, but you must press into the Father touching the hem of His garment, and receive your miracle. (Matthew 14:36) Increase your faith by hearing and believing. Activate your faith by doing what you could not do. (Matthew 21:22) If you need a financial miracle, you need seed in the ground. How big of a miracle do you need? The size of your seed will always be equivalent to the size of your harvest. (2 Corinthians 9:6) If you want a small harvest, sow a small seed. If you need a great harvest sow a great seed. Every time I needed a miracle financially, God stretched me and my faith by requiring me to sow a significant seed in the thousands. Many times, when He spoke to me at first, “I said, I rebuke you, Satan!” Then after three days of prayer and in the Word, I know every time I have to obey. It doesn’t make sense in the natural or in the wisdom of men, obedience is better than sacrifice! Your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. (1 Corinthians 2:5)
