Hindrances to Receiving Your Healing
Beloved one, before you receive divine healing for yourself or help someone else receive their healing you must realize the facts:
1. Healing is a forever-settled subject! (Psalms 119:89)
2. Healing is for today!
3. Healing can’t be something you think, it can’t be somebody else told you, you must know it is so deep in your knower.
4. You must know beyond a shadow of a doubt God desires to heal you.
5. It is the will of the Father to heal and restore you.
Jesus took 39 stripes upon His back for you and me to walk in healing and wholeness in every area of our lives. It is His desire to heal and restore you.
Jesus did not retaliate when he was insulted, nor threatened revenge when he suffered. He left his case in the hands of God, who always judges fairly. He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds, you are healed. (1 Peter 2:23-24) He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes, we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5)
There are five hindrances to you receiving your healing:
1. Don’t doubt God and His Word
2. Don’t allow unbelief to enter your heart.
3. Don’t allow skepticism to enter your mind.
4. Unrepented Sin
5. Unforgiveness in your heart.
If you desire to be healed you must repent of all sin, doubt, unbelief, and skepticism and forgive those who have hurt you. Believe God’s Word is true. He is not a man that He should lie. (Numbers 23:19) He stays awake day and night to perform His Word. So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11) If you live in me and My Word lives in you, you shall ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. (John 15:7)
You can’t build a healing building without first establishing the foundation that healing is a forever-settled subject. Healing belongs to you!
Doubt, unbelief, and skepticism will prevent you from receiving your healing! Memorize healing scriptures and declare them over your body several times a day. Don’t speak about the diagnosis, speak the Word. Pray and ask God to create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. (Psalms 51:10)
Pray this with me:
“Father God, help me to keep my focus on You when the pain and hurt are overwhelming. Help me be faithful and see the good and blessings surrounding me. Please strengthen my mind, heart, and body, and heal me today I ask in the all-powerful name of Jesus. May the Holy Spirit guide me in peace and comfort. Amen.”
