Be Still and Know
“Be still and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.” (Psalms 46:10 NLT)
My beloved child, this is a Now Word in season. Be still means ‘to drop it.’ God is saying to His people in this season, drop what you’re doing and be still, I have something I need to tell you that will help you going into the next season. His eyes are constantly looking over the whole earth searching for the heart that is seeking Him and is completely committed to Him. (2 Chronicles 16:9) When you look for God with your whole heart you shall surely find Him. (Jeremiah 29:12-13) Come close to God and He will come close to you. (James 4:8) He is saying, When you come into My presence and spend time fellowshipping with Me, (talking to Me) I will transform your life. I only whisper, I do not yell so you will only hear Me in silence. I love to have communion with one of My children, it gives us the opportunity to cocoon with each other as one. Be still and know that I am God. I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world. (Psalms 46:10)
This world is so full of busyness, what an extraordinary thing to find a heart committed to being still in My presence in their soulish realm (mind). Quiet your mind and sit in the stillness of the sun rising or the unsetting and meditate or think about Me and what it will be like when you come to your eternal home. Oh, what rejoicing there will be. Angels are singing around My throne along with your loved ones who are already with Me. There is great joy and dancing. I am a fun, God! So, lighten up and enjoy time in My presence. Create a quiet place in your home where you and I can meet daily. Have a set time we spend together. It will completely change your life. It makes My heart so happy when you desire to spend time in My presence, just you and me. I listen then I speak so listen intently for I will give you instruction and direction. Don’t be discouraged by the assignment I have given you or the magnitude of it because I am watching you and it pleases Me when you search for a special time to seek My face.
