First Love
Oh, precious one it has been My plan from the beginning of the foundations of the earth for you to draw close to Me in a relationship. What does a good relationship look like? Pretty much the same as it looks when you form a bond with a human. When you date someone you like, do you talk to them a lot? Holding their hand, walking with them, and talking with them. It’s the same with Me! Walking with ME, talking, and holding My hand will draw you close to Me, and this great love covers. Come up here and I will show you things that are going to take place. (Revelations 4:11) I want to talk to you! Will you listen! Come, worship, and bow down, kneel before the Lord your Maker. (Psalms 95:6) Return to Me, I am your First Love! (Revelations 2:1-7)
When you have fallen away from Me wandering out in this dark world of sin, all you must do is return to Me. I am waiting for you, and I will meet you where you are! Jesus is speaking, “I see what you’ve done, your hard, hard work, your refusal to quit. I know you can’t stomach evil, that you weed out apostolic pretenders. I know your persistence, your courage in my cause, that you never wear out. (Revelations 2:2-3) “But you have walked away from your ‘First Love’ – why? What’s going on with you, anyway? Do you have any idea how far you’ve fallen? A Lucifer fall! “Turn back! Recover your ‘First Love’. No time to waste, for I’m well on my way to removing your light from the golden circle. (Revelations 2:4-5) “You do have this to your credit: You hate the Nicolaitan business. I hate it, too.” Are your ears open and listening? Anyone who has ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what He is saying to believers, the church. We are the church! To everyone who is victorious, (overcomers) I will give fruit from the Tree of Life in the Paradise of God. (Revelations 2:6-7)
The first step to returning to your first love is ‘Repent!’ (1 John 1:9, Psalms 103:12) Fall to your knees and repent. Refocus. Get your eyes fixed on Me like flint. I am the author and finisher of your faith. (Hebrews 12:2) Set your eyes on things above, not on things of the earth. (Colossians 3:2) The second step is to spend time in My Word every day and spend time talking to Me and listening, then obey All my commands! (Joshua 1:7-9) Behold, I am coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Me, even those who pierced Me, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of Me. Even so. Amen. (Revelations 1:7)
