Worry, Fear, and Anxiety
My child Jesus said, ‘never let anxiety enter your heart. Never worry about any of your needs, such as food or clothing. For your life is infinitely more than just food or the clothing you wear.’ (Matthew 12:22-23) When you allow worry to enter your thoughts it comes disguised as a spirit of fear that is harassing you which brings with it anxiety and panic – it’s not coming from God, He does not give you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and self-discipline. (2 Timothy 1:7) You will always find God in the path of peace. He is your Heavenly Daddy, trust him to take care of you. He created the Heavens and the earth and all that is in it – including you. (Psalms 146:6, Colossians 1:16) Take the carefree birds as your example. Do you ever see them worry? They don’t grow their own food or put it in a storehouse for later. Yet God takes care of every one of them, feeding each of them from his love and goodness. Isn’t your life more precious to God than a bird? Be carefree in the care of God! “Does worry add anything to your life? Can it add one more year or even one day? So, if worrying adds nothing, but subtracts from your life, why would you worry about God’s care for you? (Luke 12:24-26)
“Think about the lilies. They grow and become beautiful, not because they work hard or strive to clothe themselves. Yet not even Solomon, wearing his kingly garments of splendor, could be compared to a field of lilies. If God can clothe the fields and meadows with grass and flowers, can’t he clothe you as well, O struggling one with so many doubts? I repeat it: Don’t let worry enter your life. Live above the anxious cares about your personal needs. (Luke 12:27-29) People everywhere seem to worry about making a living, but your heavenly Father knows your every need and will take care of you. Each day He will supply your needs as you seek His kingdom passionately, above all else.
So, don’t ever be afraid! Trust Me! Your loving Father joyously gives you His kingdom realm with all its promises! (Luke 12:30-32) “So, now, go and sell what you have and give to those in need, making deposits in your account in heaven, an account that will never be taken from you. Your gifts will become a secure and unfailing treasure, deposited in heaven forever. Where you deposit your treasure, that is where your thoughts will turn to-and your heart will long to be there also.” (Luke 12:33-34) Be still, listen and know that I am God. (Psalms 46:10) Read and meditate on scriptures and not your problems and TRUST Me.
Pray this out loud with power and authority:
Father, I repent for allowing fear and worry to enter my spirit, please forgive me. I take authority and dominion over the lying spirit that has been whispering in my ear and a spirit of fear, worry, anxiety, panic, and I sever them at the root, I curse and renounce them, the Lord Jesus rebuke you, be silent and go back to drylands from whence you came in Jesus’ name. I release the Word of God in Me which has the power to heal, deliver, save, and restore me, and the Holy Spirit to cover me and seal this prayer. I declare no weapon formed against me and my family can prosper, and for every tongue that rises up against me in judgment I condemn it for this is my heritage as a child of the Most-High God in Jesus’ name.
