The Promise of Christmas
For with God nothing (no thing) shall be impossible. (Luke 1:37)
Beloved one, God is bringing Heaven to earth and adding His super to your natural in your daily walk. You will accomplish God’s plan supernaturally in the coming months ahead. God is multiplying your resources, abilities, and opening doors of opportunity but you must stay focused on Father God. Stay focused! Stay focused! All things are possible if you believe! (Mark 9:23) Humble yourself in the presence of Almighty God and He will lift you up. (1 Peter 5:6) True humility and fear of the Lord lead to 1. Riches, 2. Honor and 3. Life. (Proverbs 22:4)
This Christmas God is giving us:
1.   The promise of salvation
“The Lord himself goes before you.” (Deuteronomy 31:8) He has already gone before us on the cross. Jesus became the firstborn among many sons and daughters of God in Christ. (Romans 8:29) He has gone before us to open the curtain by His blood so that we also can come into the presence of the Almighty. The purpose of Jesus coming was to destroy the works of the devil. (1 John 3:8)
While Mary and Joseph were in Bethlehem the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger because there was no guest room available for them. (Luke 2:6-7) An angel of the Lord appeared to the shepherds, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” (Luke 2:9-12) The shepherds hurried and found Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus, and the shepherds spread the great news of Jesus’ birth. (Luke 2:16-18)
2.   The promise of the blessing.
At age 75 Abraham thought he was winding down, instead, he was winding up. God told Abraham, “Go from your country, your people, and your father’s household to the land I will show you. “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse, and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” “I am El-Shaddai—‘God Almighty.’ Serve me faithfully and live a blameless life. I will make a covenant with you, by which I will guarantee to give you countless descendants.” (Genesis 17:1-2) God is still passing down the promise of His blessings to you today, ‘He will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. Receive the Abrahamic Blessings!
3.   The promise God is with us.
He is Emmanuel which means God with us. In good times and bad God is with us. Fifty times in the Word of God He promises, ‘I am with you, or I will be with you, and I will not leave you. (Deuteronomy 31:8, Genesis 28:15) When the disciples saw Him (Jesus), they worshipped Him, but some doubted. And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, all power is given to Me in Heaven and in the earth. You all go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. (Matthew 28:17-20) I am with you, I am for you and not against you: with you to take your part, to be on your side, and to hold with you, as Michael our prince is said to do. (Daniel 10:21) I am with you, and not absent from you, not at a distance I am a very present help in the times of trouble.” (Psalm 46:1) Christ was now sending them to set up His kingdom in the world, which was a great undertaking.

Christ redeemed us from the curse that the blessings of Abraham would come upon us by faith. (Galatians 3:13) You are a son/daughter of the King of Kings so walk in your kingly authority. Resurrection power lives in you, walk in it. Say this, ‘I have the blessings of King Jesus because I belong to Him!’ I have the authority through David to bless the nations throughout the earth. God is with you, and you are with God, and you have His power to do exceedingly, abundantly above anything you can imagine or think according to the power that works in you. (Ephesians 3:20) Greatness is in you! This Christmas receive the Promise of Salvation, the Promise of the Blessing of Abraham, and The Promise God is with us!
Pray with me:
Father God thank you for sending your Son Jesus, I celebrate His birthday today. Jesus thank you for being willing to come to the earth, die a death you did not deserve to pay for my sins and then you resurrected on the third day. Today I want to thank you for sitting at the right hand of the Father and interceding for me.  I give you permission to convict me, correct me, and encourage me. Create in me a clean heart now, O’ God, and renew a right spirit in me in Jesus all-powerful name. Amen.
