The Blessing!
The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. (Proverbs 10:22 NLT)
My beloved child, the blessing of the Lord, can change your life. The blessing changed Abraham’s life when he received the prophetic promise that he would be the father of many nations. God told him I would “certainly bless you, “I will multiply your descendants beyond number, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will conquer the cities of their enemies.” (Genesis 22:17 NLT) Abraham received this promise by faith and believed God even though Sarah was barren and was too old, and he was ninety-nine. They believed God would keep His promise to them and a whole nation came from this one man who was as good as dead and his -a nation with so many people that there is no way to count them. (Hebrews 11:12 NLT)
Job lost everything in a day, including his children. His good old friends asked him what sin have you committed to losing everything?” He had not sinned; the devil had attacked him. He remained faithful to God through it all, and God gave him double for all his trouble. (Job 42:10 NLT) The blessing of God can change your life. David, the little shepherd boy, became King and ruler over a mighty kingdom all because of the blessing of the Lord. And the Lord told David, ‘You will be the shepherd of my people Israel. You will be Israel’s leader.'” (2 Samuel 5:2 NLT) David became King when he was thirty and ruled Israel for forty years. (2 Samuel 5:4 NLT) No matter who you are or your talents, or your situation, if you receive the blessing the Lord has for you, you will be catapulted forward into a life of multiplication, increase, and destiny! All you have to do is believe and receive the Lord’s blessing for your life.
