Remember not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. (Isaiah 43:18-19 KJV)
This is a New Beginning, and I hear so strongly in my spirit many are reading this devotional today would say, ‘I am ready for a New Beginning!’ Last year was a tough year for many, and a new beginning ignites hopeful expectations for the future. God has an excellent plan for you; are you ready to stretch and do something you have never done? (Jeremiah 29:11) God planned your life before you were in your mother’s womb. (Jeremiah 1:5) He planned your life before the foundations of the earth, from the end to the beginning. (Isaiah 46:10) God saw your unformed body; all the days ordained for you were written in His Book before one of them came to be. (Psalms 139:16) He said, “Exactly as I planned, it will happen. Following my blueprints, it will take shape. (Isaiah 14:24) Have you repented of your sins and asked Jesus to be Lord of your life? If so, the Holy Spirit lives in you. The Holy Spirit gives you dreams and desires if He lives in you. Why don’t you ask Holy Spirit, ‘What do you have planned for me?’ Then write it down as He speaks to you through the day working. Write the vision down and make it plain on a billboard, large and clear, so that anyone can read it at a glance and rush to tell the others. But these things I plan won’t happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, do not become hopeless, for these things will surely come to pass. Just be patient! They will not be overdue a single day! (Habakkuk 2:2-3)
God is ordering your steps and stops! (Psalms 37:23-24) Don’t try to set goals on your own because the Word of God is clear, ‘You can make your plans, but God has the final say.’ (Proverbs 16:1-11) For you are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that you should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10) He chose you before the foundation of the world and planned the timeline by which you would be born on earth for a specific purpose. In love, He predestined you for adoption as sons and daughters through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will. (Ephesians 1:4-5) So, don’t keep doing what you have been doing, or you will keep getting what you have been getting. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. One word for the New Year the Holy Spirit has downloaded for 2020 and beyond is Change! Change! Change! Things are changing in the spirit and the natural. You must be flexible and willing to change with the times or be left behind. There is an old saying, ‘he who is not flexible shall be bent out of shape.’ It’s time for Change! What can you do differently this year to live your best life now? Write it down, then make the necessary changes to discipline yourself daily for the most fabulous year of your life.

Father God, I come boldly before your throne and I thank you for this beautiful day You have made, I will rejoice and be glad in it! I dedicate this day to You! I declare and decree on the authority of the Word of God I am healthy, I am wealthy in every area of my life, and I am wise beyond my years. I have great discernment and receive revelation as I study the Word of God.
I am loved, called and chosen. I am rich in every way and generous on every occasion. I am anointed, appointed, equipped and enabled by the power of the Holy Spirit that works mightily within me.
I declare and decree that No weapon formed against my family and I can prosper or succeed and every tongue that (speaks against) rises up against us in judgement we condemn it, for this is the heritage of the children of the Most High God. (Isaiah 54:17) I declare and decree I live, breathe, move and serve powerfully under the shelter of the Jehovah Yahweh.
I declare and decree on the authority of the name of Jesus I am favored and blessed. There is no lack in Heaven, I remove every block and hinderance releasing all the resources with my name on it. I say laborers come forth to help me build the Kingdom of God therefore it is established in Jesus name.
I declare and decree I am walking in great Favor and Peace as I experience Your presence today Father. The Holy Spirit lives within me, He goes before me, walks beside me and He is my rear guard.You O’ Lord order my steps and my stops. I declare divine spiritual order in my home, body, life and family. I am renewing my mind daily, disciplining myself by washing it with the Word. I guard my heart for out of me flows a well spring of life not the issues of life because I am healed and whole in every area of my life because You O’ Lord are the CEO and President of my life. I declare divine protection and restoration over my family and I today. Divine appointments are happening every where I go.
I seal my declarations with the Blood of Jesus, the Word of God and the Holy Spirit which empowers me therefore it is established this day in the Holy Righteous name of Jesus. Amen.
